Hearing on "Examining the Impact of EPA’s CERCLA Designation for Two PFAS Chemistries and Potential Policy Responses to Superfund Liability Concerns"

The Subcommittee on Environment of the Committee on Energy and Commerce will hold a hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) in the John D. Dingell Room, 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.  The hearing is entitled “Examining the Impact of EPA’s CERCLA Designation for Two PFAS Chemistries and Potential Policy Responses to Superfund Liability Concerns.”
