1.      Adoption of the Committee Rules (Agreed to by a roll call vote of 28-23);

2.      Adoption of Subcommittee Jurisdictions;

3.      Appointment of Republican Subcommittee Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Subcommittee Members;

4.      Appointment of Democratic Subcommittee Ranking Members and Subcommittee Members; and

5.      Adoption of the Committee’s Oversight Plan for the 114th Congress.
