Hearing on "Holding Big Tech Accountable: Legislation to Build a Safer Internet"
The Subcommittee on Consumer Protection and Commerce of the Committee on Energy and Commerce held a hybrid hearing that included both in-person and remote attendance on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. This hearing took place in the John D. Dingell Room, 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building, as well as remotely using Cisco Webex online video conferencing. The hearing is entitled, "Holding Big Tech Accountable: Legislation to Build a Safer Internet." The hearing, initially scheduled for 10:30 a.m (EST), was postponed due to the Congressional tribute cermony for the late Honorable Robert J. Dole.
